Orbis Trusteeship Services Private Limited is registered with SEBI as ‘Trustees’ and undertakes the activities of “Debenture Trustee” under Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Debenture Trustee) Regulations, 1993 with a registration no. IND000000602. OTSPL is also authorised vide authorisation number IFSCA/2020-21/AS/00010/0001 to undertake administration, asset management support services and trusteeship services under IFSCA, GIFT CITY in Gujrat.

• DESIGNATED DEPOSITORY SERVICES: Orbis is a registered “Designated Depository Participant” (DDP) with Securities & Exchange Board of India. This authorises Orbis to conduct the Investors due diligence right upto issuing the registration certificate as Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI). This will enable the eligible Foreign Investors who want to invest in India through the FPI route.

• CUSTODY AND DEPOSITORY SERVICES: Orbis entered the financial markets, to provide range of focused and forward looking services designed and customized to equip the investors across segments to efficiently manage their investing operations. As a Custodian regulated by SEBI, Orbis is a Depository Participant with both the depositories, viz NSDL and CDSL allowing clients flexibility in choosing the depository as per needs/requirement and hold securities in electronic form.

• FUND ACCOUNTING & CUSTOMER REPORTING SERVICES: Orbis offers comprehensive fund accounting solutions including transaction, valuations and profit reports supported by net asset value calculations. Given our nimbleness with adaptations to changes and technological capabilities, we are equipped to also provide ad-hoc support such as tax reporting with built-in capabilities of servicing a wide array of investment vehicles and fund structures. • FX EXECUTION: Orbis’s FX Execution service is a part of its bundled securities services. We assist the foreign investors in currency conversion and repatriation of funds through Authorised Dealers appointed by the client.
